It's a lovely Sunday.. Wildaan gerak banyaaakkk kali this morning..but his Mama & Dada pengsan sebab tengok movie Hellboy sampai 2am hehehe

Morning : breakfast at Giant Kota Damansara - plus shopping groceries sikit..balik sambung tidur dengan Wildaan

Afternoon : bangun lunch - thanks Nas masak lunch hehehe

Petang : housework & keluar tengok rumah kat Shah Alam - but area rumah banyak foreigners - so not interested

6pm-8pm : dinner at SACC Shah Alam

9pm - sampai rumah ;)

This house searching is not easy! Rumah yang suka, affordable jauhhhh.. yg cantik & dekat semua above our budget huhuhu..

I want something that is near to the malls & Nas's office in PJ.. mana nak cari....

Baru tadi, sorang kawan I datang rumah, well,actually she's also my insurance agent from Prudential. I nak tukar payments I, so dia kena lah datang dengan forms nya hehe..

Anyways, by tengahari dia sampai, I tengah masak sup chicken ball for my lil Wildaan. borak2 time tengah masak tu, I promote my jeweleries, which I always do if orang datang rumah hehehe

Wildaan sangat happy jumpa Auntie Shima & lagi happy time auntie tengok jeweleries,coz dia pun sibuk nak model kan my jeweleries tu..lepas sibuk isi form, kitorang pun belek2 my handmade stuff tu..

& shima decided on a necklace I baru siapkan semalam & a piece of earrings *yeayy* made my day!

Shima, I hope you tak serik datang my house ye..hehehe

Men can produce M.I.L.K too??

I was reading my magazine, Women's Weekly, Malaysia Edition, & it caught me by surprise to came across an article about men who can & want to breastfeed!

An actor, Dustin Hoffman was quoted, after his grandson Augustus was born, he felt the tendency to breastfeed! I was going from 'what!!' to 'erkkk!' I mean, seriously??

According to the magazine, there have been tales if men who have lactated throughout history. Men who had been left to take care their babies after the mother died, men who adopted children & even some men who felt jealous of the relationship that women have with their children!

Another passage from the article - 'Men's nipples are not as useless as we think. If they used a breast pump every day for 20 minutes on each side, after a few weeks, they will produce milk!' Huhuhu I can't imagine seeing a guy pumping out milk from his nipples! Guys reading this, are you one of them? ;p

It also says that 'Suckling is definitely more effective for men who have large nipples. And of course, the less hair around, the better!' haha!

This is really new to me! I bet it is to you guys out there too! I think men shouldn't be doing this, you men should be doing your 'manly' stuff & leave the breastfeeding to us mothers. It is up to your judgment to decide whether men should or should not be doing this.

But, what's next?

Carry your own baby in your 'womb'?? Let's not go there......

1 - First Important Lesson - Cleaning Lady.

During my second month of college, our professor
gave us a pop quiz. I was a conscientious student
and had breezed through the questions until I read
the last one:

'What is the first name of the woman who cleans the school?'

Surely this was some kind of joke. I had seen the
cleaning woman several times. She was tall,
dark-haired and in her 50s, but how would I know her name?

I handed in my paper, leaving the last question
blank. Just before class ended, one student asked if
the last question would count toward our quiz grade.

'Absolutely,' said the professor. 'In your careers,
you will meet many people. All are significant. They
deserve your attention and care, even if all you do
is smile and say 'hello.'

I've never forgotten that lesson. I also learned her
name was Dorothy.

2. - Second Important Lesson - Pickup in the Rain

One night, at 11:30 p.m., an elderly African-American
woman was standing on the side of an Alabama highway
trying to endure a lashing rainstorm. Her car had
broken down and she desperately needed a ride.
Soaking wet, she decided to flag down the next car.
A young white man stopped to help her, generally
unheard of in those conflict-filled 60s.. The man
took her to safety, helped her get assistance and
put her into a taxicab.

She seemed to be in a big hurry, but wrote down his
address and thanked him. Seven days went by and a
knock came on the man's door. To his surprise, a
giant console color TV was delivered to his home. A
special note was attached..

It read:
'Thank you so much for assisting me on the highway
the other night. The rain drenched not only my
clothes, but also my spirits. Then you came along.
Because of you, I was able to make it to my dying
husband's bedside just before he passed away... God
bless you for helping me and unselfishly serving
others.'

3 - Third Important Lesson - Always remember those who serve.

In the days when an ice cream sundae cost much less,
a 10-year-old boy entered a hotel coffee shop and
sat at a table. A waitress put a glass of water in front of him.

'How much is an ice cream sundae?' he asked.

'Fifty cents,' replied the waitress.

The little boy pulled is hand out of his pocket and
studied the coins in it.

'Well, how much is a plain dish of ice cream?' he inquired.

By now more people were waiting for a table and the
waitress was growing impatient.

'Thirty-five cents,' she brusquely replied.

The little boy again counted his coins.

'I'll have the plain ice cream,' he said.

The waitress brought the ice cream, put the bill on
the table and walked away. The boy finished the ice
cream, paid the cashier and left. When the waitress
came back, she began to cry as she wiped down the
table. There, placed neatly beside the empty dish,
were two nickels and five pennies..

You see, he couldn't have the sundae, because he had
to have enough left to leave her a tip.

4 - Fourth Important Lesson. - The obstacle in Our Path.

In ancient times, a King had a boulder placed on a
roadway. Then he hid himself and watched to see if
anyone would remove the huge rock. Some of the
king's wealthiest merchants and courtiers came by
and simply walked around it. Many loudly blamed the
King for not keeping the roads clear, but none did
anything about getting the stone out of the way.

Then a peasant came along carrying a load of
vegetables. Upon approaching the boulder, the
peasant laid down his burden and tried to move the
stone to the s ide of the road. After much pushing
and straining, he finally succeeded. After the
peasant picked up his load of vegetables, he noticed
a purse lying in the road where the boulder had
been. The purse contained many gold coins and a note
from the King indicating that the gold was for the
person who removed the boulder from the roadway. The
peasant learned what many of us never understand!

Every obstacle presents an opportunity to improve our condition.

5 - Fifth Important Lesson - Giving When it Counts...

Many years ago, when I worked as a volunteer at a
hospital, I got to know a little girl named Liz who
was suffering from a rare & serious disease. Her only
chance of recovery appeared to be a blood
transfusion from her 5-year old brother, who had
miraculously survived the same disease and had
developed the antibodies needed to combat the
illness. The doctor explained the situation to her
little brother, and asked the little boy if he would
be willing to give his blood to his sister.

I saw him hesitate for only a moment before taking a
deep breath and saying, 'Yes I'll do it if it will
save her.' As the transfusion progressed, he lay in
bed next to his sister and smiled, as we all did,
seeing the color returning to her cheek. Then his
face grew pale and his smile faded.

He looked up at the doctor and asked with a
trembling voice, 'Will I start to die right away'.

Being young, the little boy had misunderstood the
doctor; he thought he was going to have to give his
sister all of his blood in order to save her.

We went to the National Zoo, about a week before the Chinese New Year celebration. We were there very early in the morning, got a good parking space, a quiet walk in the morning & also a chance to see the animals having their breakfast! Here's are the pictures taken throughout the trip! It was fun for my lil guy, & memorable for me & my husband,Nas ;)

The Bucket List

Featuring 2 male actors (really really good actors in a movie-a good combination!) Jack Nicholson & Morgan Freeman. And,of course, I've shed a tear watching this one :)

It is about the 'Bucket List' they made before 'kicking' the bucket (a to do list before they die..). They both were diagnosed with cancer, and decided they should do things that they’ve wanted or never did in their life before. They went on doing crazy stuff like skydiving, get tattoos, climb the pyramid, went up the Himalayas for the majestic view (but never made it to the top), and much more! Basically, it’s more like around the world vacation trip for the two of them. In one of the lists is – laugh till I cry, which Morgan did! I mean, both of them did after Morgan told Jack the ingredients of his ‘Kopi Luwak’! It is so hilarious! It is a must watch movie, for these two actors are wonderful actors!

I'm starting to like these kind of movies.. :p

Thanks to my husband, I have now love watching these R Rated movies - strong bloody violence, pervasive language and some drug use. hehehe

We watched In Bruges last night. It was shot in Bruges (obviously!), Belgium. Also, a sightseeing film! I'm starting to like Belgium, sort of a fairytale city with the old,historical buildings & the canal! Anyways, you gotta watch this movie to love the city, & especially the comedy in the scripts! It's a mixture of a brutal & sarcastic (& silly!) jokes made by assassins - Brendan Gleeson and Colin Farrell. But be brave to watch the bloody violence too!

Love it! Love it! :P

We watched Inglorious Basterds couple of nights ago.. Another interesting movie by director Quentin Tarantino! I like Kill Bill (all volumes!), but this is about a time when the Nazi's occupied France. Watching Inglorious Basterds, I almost forgot to breath! Quentin still manage to create a real tension by using his touch of the brutality & blood spilling scenes like he did in Kill Bill. Some of the blood spilling part, I just can't stand it. But, other than that, it's just another good movie by an Oscar-winning director!

Jalan-Jalan Cari Rumah..Makan?

We were on the journey to buy our own house.. We went to look at areas far far away from civilisation..(not that far, but far enough!) Last weekend, we went to Puchong, Bandar Saujana Putra & Taman Puncak Jalil.. But all you can see in the pix below..is our makan session.. We didn't take much pix of the houses that we went to, coz some are just terrible! & plus one area in Puchong is soooo creepy! takutnya nak imgaine I'm gonna live there! So, here are the pix of our makan, makan & makan lagi!

With Auntie Aah!

I went to Pyramid once after I gave birth to lil' Wildaan, like.. urm last year?.. I went back again my lil' Wildaan & my sis, Farah.. She was more of a tour guide, baby sitter & my companion :)

We were there quite early in the day, we got good parking space & I treat her lunch at the Italiannies :) Wildaan sure had lotsa fun eating his lunch set & playing with the waiter & waitresses, & mama and auntie got the pleasure of enjoying our lunch!

Boy, the complex is huge! We were at the new wing most of the time, going up & down. Wildaan enjoyed the jalan-jalan & the cowboy town & I enjoyed watching him having fun :) Bliss!

I got a kiss!! *blushhh!*

It was nice going there once in a while, but, I still prefer One Utama hehehe.. It's our place,kann Nas?

Me & Dayana

It was Boxing Day, 26th December, 2009. I was invited to a friend's (her name is Dayana :)) house at the Airforce base, Kuala Lumpur.

She said her place is next to the Istana Negara, sounded very easy to find.. but,to our surprise.. hu hu hu.. we ended up driving to Kuchai Lama, Bangsar, Mines, Bandar Tasik Selatan, & finally Salak Selatan before we finally found the place.. We're really lucky 'coz Wildaan slept the whole journey!

The area is sooo quiet & cozy, the food was great & Wildaan is happily playing inside the house while his parents eat so peacefully ehehehe After a short chat catching up good ol' times, (it was almost 10 years since I last saw her!), tapau some food, we took some pictures & say our goodbyes..

Hope it won't be the next 10 years for us to see each other again! :)

DID I MARRY THE RIGHT PERSON?

During one of our seminars, a woman asked a common question.

She said, "How do I know if I married the right person?"

I noticed that there was a large man sitting next to her so I said,

"It depends. Is that your husband?"

In all seriousness, she answered "How do you know?"

Let me answer this question because the chances are

good that it's weighing on your mind.

Here's the answer.

EVERY relationship has a cycle. In the beginning, you fell in love with

your spouse. You anticipated their call, wanted their touch, and liked

their idiosyncrasies.

Falling in love with your spouse wasn't hard. In fact, it was a

completely natural and spontaneous experience.

You didn't have to DO anything. That's why it's called "falling" in

love...

Because it's happening TO YOU.

People in love sometimes say, "I was swept of my feet." Think about the

imagery of that expression. It implies that you were just standing

there; doing nothing, and then something came along and happened TO YOU.

Falling in love is easy. It's a passive and spontaneous experience.

But after a few years of marriage, the euphoria of love fades. It's the

natural cycle of EVERY relationship. Slowly but surely, phone calls

become a bother (if they come at all), touch is not always welcome (when

it happens), and your spouse's idiosyncrasies, instead of being cute,

Drive you nuts.

The symptoms of this stage vary with every relationship, but if you

think about your marriage, you will notice a dramatic difference between

the initial stage when you were in love and a much duller or even angry

subsequent stage.

At this point, you and/or your spouse might start asking, "Did I marry

the right person?" And as you and your spouse reflect on the euphoria of

the love you once had, you may begin to desire that experience with

someone else. This is when marriages breakdown. People blame their

spouse for their unhappiness and look outside their marriage for

fulfillment.

Extramarital fulfillment comes in all shapes and sizes. Infidelity is

the most obvious. But sometimes people turn to work,a hobby, a

friendship, excessive TV, or abusive substances.

But the answer to this dilemma does NOT lie outside your marriage.

It lies within it.

I'm not saying that you couldn't fall in love with someone else. You

could.

And TEMPORARILY you'd feel better. But you'd be in the same situation a

few years later. Because (listen carefully to this):

THE KEY TO SUCCEEDING IN MARRIAGE IS NOT FINDING THE RIGHT PERSON; IT'S

LEARNING TO LOVE THE PERSON YOU FOUND.

SUSTAINING love is not a passive or spontaneous experience. It'll NEVER

just happen to you. You can't "find" LASTING love. You have to "make" it

day in and day out. That's why we have the _expression "the labor of

love."

Because it takes time, effort, and energy. And most importantly, it

takes WISDOM. You have to know WHAT TO DO to make your marriage work.

Make no mistake about it. Love is NOT a mystery. There are specific

things you can do (with or without your spouse) to succeed with your

marriage.

Just as there are physical laws of the universe (such as gravity), there

are also laws for relationships. Just as the right diet and exercise

program makes you physically stronger, certain habits in your

relationship WILL make your marriage stronger. It's a direct cause and

General Election Day!

Today, 8th March,2008 is the election day. I didn't register, so I thought I'd just stay home and watch tv.. and my hubby will go back to Ampang to cast his vote. But, to my surprise, I was registered! by whom? I don't have any clue.. My sis, Syida called last week to inform me that I was registered and I'm going with my mum & her, of course. My name is registered to vote at Sek Ren Sri Subang Jaya, SS14.

I've told my hubby, and he laughed at me.. coz I have been so happy that I don't have to go and vote because I'm pregnant & because I did not register. Hence, I went anyway.. Be a responsible citizen and vote for.. I don't remember the name.. hehehe

It was an experience, for a 28 year old me to cast my vote for the first time. Being 7 months pregnant and having to que quite a long que, tires me. But me & my sis got the same room, so I sat at a chair outside the classroom and only went to the door when it's almost our turn. I got my palpitation then, so I was sweating quite a bit. The guy standing infront of us asked me to sit near the door until my turn, but thank goodness the police officer said that I can go in first. hehehe.. Given priority to cut ques.. Finally, a good samaritan. Yeah, it's his job actually pun kann... make sure everything is in order and make sure the pregnant lady goes in first hehehe (;

All in all, I'm glad I went.. Going again in another 4 years time! ehhehe..

I'm currently going through my 7th months of pregnancy. It is kind of tiring, but the excitement to become a mama has made me much more stronger. At a glance, people might think that the baby must be very big, but, the doc says that the baby's size is normal.. I guess, i ate too much of chocolates! hehehe..

I'm purely excited and feeling nervous at the same time, for thinking of being a mama, caring for a child, and most importantly, the childbirth..Having my first baby is gonna be an extraordinary experience. .. but it'll be all worth the pain, the wait.. (;

Can't wait to hug & kiss my baby, and for Nas to become a dada..

Pre-Chinese New Year commotion

Today, a day before the festive Chinese New Year.. I wanted to go out for dinner, at a restaurant just across the road from my place. As I was crossing the road, my husband pointed out to a group of people standing in the middle of the road. Then, he pointed up, to an Indian guy holding a child, outside his window! He's all ready to jump! What a drama!

My husband did what he's supposed to do. He called the cops. Gladly, the cops were already informed and a patrol car arrived soon after.

If it wasn't because I was hungry (I didn't have my lunch..yeah, I know, being pregnant, I shouldn't!), I'd wait to see what will happen. We left the scene for a big meal..hehehe

As this is one of the 'scenes-that-you-don't-get-to-see-everyday', I sent a text message to my mum & my sis..they were surprised as well.. We usually get to see these incident in the news/papers/movies, not in real life..After our hefty meal, my husband went to check whether the guy jumped or not.. And, he didn't, because if he did, the ambulance, the fire engines will be around.. but, things cleared up soon after the cops came..

Well, that's that.. a real-life drama created at my housing area.. It did create a scene despite the 'quiet' surroundings I felt since morning. I guess most people must have took up a long leave to go on holidays..

It was peace & quiet for a moment there..

I would like to share with you my daily routine and what I saw from the view from my window..

Pleasant reading..

I usually wake up around 7ame every weekday.. I gotta prepare breakfast for my husband (my daily routine) and while having our breakfast around 8am, from my window, there's always a bird on the roof of the building across the road..Without fail, it will be there every morning.

There's also our cats (not actually our cats, but we just pretend that we own them) ehehhe. We even give 'em names! Socks & Swissroll!

Then, after my husband goes to work, I switched on the TV. I read the newspaper, while my baby in my belly gets to listen to children show on the tv hehehe.. That's when I get to feel the baby 'kicking' in my belly. A wonderful experience and all the kicking tickles me sumtimes..

Then I would continue with the usual chores.. housewife with housework hehehe.. have my lunch, take my afternoon nap, watch tv..listen to the radio, play games on the PC..and by 5pm, prepare dinner..

Since I didnt subscribe to Astro, I have been following a Malay soap on TV3, Spa Q, every Monday to Thursday, 6.30 - 7.30 pm.. Not that good, but, gud enuff to kill time while waiting for my husbnad to come back home from work..

After dinner and cleaning up the dishes, we usually watch sum dvd's or just watch whatever is on the tele.. by now, outside my house is usually chaos.. Motorcyclists speeding with the irritating noise from their disturbing noisy engines (I wish they will feel as irritated as I am when the same thing happen to them!), people trying to get drunk with cheap liquor & beer from the Chinese restaurants in front of my house.

They dun just usually get drunk, but, the noise they make, the 'drums' they played after hours, loud singing and even loud chats! I guess, when they're drunk, they can't hear each other. They even pee everywhere! It was like living in an uncivilized territory where people dun care about other people. There's no rules for driving in that area, people just speed in front of the row of houses with the blaring noise coming from their stupid engines! At 3 or 4am!! These people are so inconsiderate and I have to mention this, with lots of empty parking spaces, they still double park! are they all blind or just plain stupid??

My neighbour is just another irresponsible creature.. the whole family litters all the way up the staircase. junk food plastics, cigarettes, chocolate covers, water bottles, catalouges, all sort of litter they could get their hands on to. Once, my husband ask the neighbour, who threw all the rubbish? and of coz.. he said he don't know. The rubbish goes right up to the staircase in front of his house, and yet, he don't know. He could be blinded by the rubbish coz it might be a norm for him to live in a place surrounded by rubbish.

I was afraid to leave the house all by myself, in case I might step on the plastics thrown on the stairs. I might slip and falling is a no-no for a pregnant person.

Every night I get to see the clear moon from my window. plus, a view of my neighbour doing his thing opposite my block hehehe nothing 'out-of-this-world' lahh.. borrriinngg..

Most nights, we get to hear uncle aerosol spraying his car while chatting with his friend. He has this 2 old cars which he spray-painted himself almost every night! We hear the aerosol bottle clacking every night..

There's also this garbage recycle collecting guy..he'll go through the trash and making all sorts of noise.. throwing the bottles and cans everywhere.. bisingnyaaaaa!

Hurm, who else did i miss? Plenty of unfortunate events.. but not much on the fortunate ones.. tsk tsk..

I was watching Venus on NTV7 yesterday..

The topic was on the Internet Relationship..

I get to know my husband from the mIRC.. yearsss ago! hehehe

Back then mIRC was a big thing! I was hooked up almost every night chatting..plus, as an added advantage, the PC was in my room, so i was like addicted to go online every chance i get. back then, in mIRC, there was this chat room called Scramble, which we get to re-arrange the words + chat! Games and chatting..

Those days, I get to know many people online.. LOTS of interesting people! Then 1 particular night, a guy sent me a private message. I couldn't remember from which chatroom (Mamak probably!).. It was past midnight and I was bored, so we chatted for hours! I remember exchanging emails & phone numbers (it was almost 3 or 4am) 'coz i was too sleepy and I had to attend a morning class the next day. He called for awhile just before I go to bed..

When I came back the next day, I went online & he did sent 1 short email. It was brief, but I was happy to receive one from him. Well, i replied, so did he.. and after many emails in a day, we moved on to phone calls.. hours of phone calls! hehehe.. not to mention the sms's!

Finally, one night, a friend canceled our dinner plans.. I was quite upset coz i was already in d car, was about to leave the house! So, I went through my phone book in my mobile, and decided to call this guy up.. he was still in the office in wangsa melawati at that time, but I insist him to meet me around Ampang, as I wasn't that familiar with any other area at that time..

After 'forcing' him to lepak wimme, he agreed.. So, I drove from Subang to Ampang Point.. and we lepak for hours! I think it was until 4am! hehehe..

So, that was the first time..and more & more & more lepak session after dat..& I got used to driving to Ampang and many parts of KL! ehhehe..

Come to think of it, we only chatted once dat night.. and the friendship continues with phone calls, sms's, emails and also our lepak sessions..My 1st email from him is still in my email folder dated - Wed, 11 Jun 2003. hehehe

And we actually meet up every week without fail! (except once when I was down with a high fever & a terrible case of tonsil and another was when I went back to my hometown, Perlis). apart from those 2 occasion, we hang out like 2-4 times a week!

Now, It's already 2008. This is our 6th year together.. FYI, we were never a couple all those years, we were VERY close only recently.. like end of 2005 if i'm not mistaken..he proposed early last year, we got married in September,2007..

Nas, I'm glad that I get to know you.. If it's not because of you, many things wouldn't happen.. You're the highlight of my life..! *Lav you, Lav you!*

I'm now making my jewellery again! hehehe..

Got pretty hooked up with it. Some days, I could make up until 5 long necklaces! And, got a terrible backache after that.. hehehe and yes, was 'reminded' by my husband to slow down...well, being the stubborn me, i'll continue doing what I like while i still got the ideas coming..

Went to Mt Kiara Sunday market with my husband last weekend.. was surprised to see that the water fountain and the fish pond surrounding it in the middle of the square is no longer there! instead, there's another water fountain alright, but, it's more like water jutting out from the floor! cool..i think..an interesting concept and will be well liked by children! I saw a Japanese boy was deliriously running away from his parents to the waters! but the old water fountain can actually creates soothing feeling from the heat..

Because of the heat, I went to McDonald's for sum soft drinks, but, cannot resist the temptations of getting the curly fries! When I was ordering, my husband was outside, having a smoke. and when he's done, he asked what did i get myself in the paperbag? I was giggling before I can answer him.. coz we just had our breakfast like half an hour before I went to McDonald's.. hehehe

and oh, I bought sum jewelleries too! It was supposed to be a 'jalan2' on Sunday morning je, but couldn't resist the temptations from the jewelleries! hehehe

Speaking of McD's, I've been craving for the Prosperity Burger for quite sumtime, but never got a chance to eat 'em. I've always like the Big Mac, so, that one day I went to McD's, I ordered the Big Mac.. And a few days ago, I went by myself, and got my Prosperity! hehehe..

I wanted to just lepak and have my desserts, as i seldom go out by myself, but the branch here in Damansara Damai is out of ice-cream. the machine is out of order. I believe it has been for quite sumtime already, coz the last time i went like a month ago, they were out of icecream, as I was craving for my milkshake! Bad impression to the customers.. get it fix! It's global warming now, and icecream is the cure to the increasing heat! and also, the cure for the pregnant woman's craving!

I'm going to The Curve tonight, and I'm gonna get my icecream! hehehe (dah lah baru semalam je makan ABC, nak icecream pulak!)

Zoo trip..

i went to the zoo with 2 of my best friends.. Adrian had fun, I'm sure..especially with the elephants, fishes, monkeys and not forgetting..the monkey. He even plead the peacock to show him the pretty tail..which ended up with Adrian screaming his lungs out at the innocent peacock. Twas a first experience for Nas to actually spent time more than an hour with Adrian. I pity him, but thankful he's very patient and 'strong' enuff dat day.. hehehe..

At the end of the day, we went to watch the sea lion show,3 pm.. Adrian, exhausted after a very long day trip.. asked for his milk and despite his very tired body.. he tried very hard to keep his eyes open to watch the show. Being restless and cranky, he almost fell asleep in his stroller.. and guess who enjoyed the show? ME! hehhehehe An adult, enjoying the zoo trip more than the little one.. An embarrassment.. but, what can I say? I enjoy outdoor more than hanging out at the mall.. I'm sick of the crowd and the traffic! it's quite surprising how being outdoor in the environment can actually brings joy to you..

Yesterday, semangat betul aku nak gi tengok Pirates of the Carribean.. pastu, lepas appointment, aku terus lah gi KL, nak park kete blakang L'Opera tuh.. pastuh, ada lah parking attendant bodo piang nak mampos nih, suruh park kat dalam..so, aku pun park lah..tau2, dia melalak2 jerit suruh aku kluar parking, park side parking.. his bloody reason is, kete kecik, takleh park parking space biasa.. sangat lah tak logic..dah tu, kasik lah bayar murah.. aku pun jerit2 lah perang ngan mamat India tuh! aku dah lah sakit kaki, terseliuh..ngan bandage2 sume kaki kiri nih.. malas lah aku nak main reverse2 parking..dah lah penat jalan jam... pastu nak pening2 melayan mamt India tuh..

Aku suruh dia park kete aku..aku cakap aku tatau.. dia park punya lah tepi, pastu bukak pintu, sangkut kat dinding... mengamuk aku!!! BODO PIANG betul! pastu mamat bodoh tu bole cakap, bende kecik jangan masuk mahkamah! mengamuk lagi lah aku.. banyak cantik muka.. dia tatau Zarina kalau marah, declare war terus..

Lepas tu, on d way out, Nas cakap, kitorang slalu park situh, nape nak marah2 camtu.. pastu dia menjawab!! aku punn...apa lagi... menjerit2 maki India tuh.. pastu, dia cakap, kalau tak puas hati, jangan park situ..aku terus amik kete,sambil jalan tu,aku jerit ASSHOLE!!! habis mood aku nak tengok movie.. BENGONG punya pekerja murahan!! patut ah keje parking attendant, bodoh piang!!

It has been weeks since I last spent time wif my adorable notty nephew, Adrian.. I was home last weekend, and I guess he just missed the company of his 'friends' (aunties n uncle).. he was laughing out loud, jumping around, asking me to play ball with him, ask me to cook, and even ask me to carry him (he's HEAVY now!!)..

Only me myself know how much I missed the lil one.. I missed how he'll stay in my bed,asking me to switch on the aircond, and ask me to go under the covers with him..and play 'ottomen', which he became the monster and me, yeahh the ottomen..hehehe.. He often scares me by being a ghost or even a monster.. He'll just laugh at the sight of me looking scared at him.. after he got tired of laughing, i gotta turn into a monster and a ghost and scare him back! hehehe.. No wonder we're the best of friends..

When I was home, and if i'm going out for groceries, he'll be my 2nd loyal companion.. not fogetting Aah, my most loyal company.. hehehe Adrian will just sit in the shopping cart, and help me arrange the groceries and just sit tight enjoying the ride.. he'll get his share of course.. Pringles..chocolates..junk food or even McD..hehehe

I'm planning to take him to the zoo sumwhere around next month..he's excited about it, i'm pretty sure.. He's definitely looking forward to see the elephants,birds,girraffe,tiger..

Will try to make time for Adrian...!

Penang Trip..

I was in Penang (Bukit Mertajam) last weekend.. with Nas! hehehe.. our first trip far away from KL. The journey was looonnggg... ehehehe, but i had good company.. and enough sweets and drinks to keep me awake.. :) We left around 8pm from Damansara, and we reached Bukit Mertajam around 1am..

The next morning, we start work (i gotta take pictures of our camp - Kem Syruz) and after we're done with the camp, we went to Alorstar, gotta take pictures of our company's construction project there (a very nice stylish school!) and

then.. we head back to Bukit Mertajam..

We were so tired, we didn't get a chance to jalan jalan cari makan.. we went to a nearby nasi kandar only.. the only one around dat area! and.. jalan-jalan to the nearest 7-11 to buy sum snacks.. hehehe..

The next morning, we had breakfast and lunch, and start our journey back to KL.. we didn't get the chance to take our own pictures oso (except for just a few!) hehehehe.. twas a very tiring trip.. but, the most important part of it, is the person i'm with! hehehe..

Unbelievable.. It's weird.. Dah lama tak gi clubbing.. the last time was.. with my friends,celebrating my birthday last year.. hehehe..

An old friend of mine from Friendster (weird,huh?) asked me out last weekend.. After several times I've said no, I finally agreed to meet her at Chillies Bangsar.. Well, the short get-to-know session was FUN! after gelak-gelak.. reminiscing old memories.. then she asked me to join her for a girl's-night-out in KL.. and I asked Leen to join us..

So, we went to Heritage Row.. twas crazinesss... 4 girls 0 boys.. best! hehehe we went to 2 clubs.. and we dance all night long! Pening2, semua ada.. hehehe.. but, the most important part of the night is.. we had fun, we make new friends, and we had free drinks! ehehhehe.. considering i'm pathetically broke! :P

Anyways.. It's already 3pm, I'm going to Penang tonight.. got work to do! gotta leave soon!

I have thyroid.. :( and read the article below about difficulty to lose weight. And I'm on daily medication for my thyroid..

Rule out any medical conditions. While thyroid problems are rare, they can definitely make weight loss difficult. There can also be medications you're taking that could affect your body's ability to lose weight. If you feel your food intake is reasonable and you've given your body enough time to see results and haven't seen any (or are seeing unexplainable weight gain) see your doctor to rule any other causes.

I believe, it is essential for everyone to admit to their own mistakes. Nobody is perfect and by hiding your mistakes, won't make any matter easier..If you have issues with your other half, it is important for you to talk it over. How would you like him/her to think otherwise with the situation that him/her is going thru? Talk.

Ego is another issue.. People would live up to it, for their so called 'pride' but not realising 'it' actually kills them. Yes, you need ego, you need to have pride, but is there any borderline to it? how high should or can you go? If it is not killing you, go up as high as you wish, but.. on the other hand.. you NEED to be humble.. low profile.. and still maintaining your ego.. Respect.

As I've mentioned before, I go for simplicity. Whatever issues that arise, I'll try to look at it as a test, as a way to grow up, to learn, as a reason to live.. We are still learning, every other day.. We learn how to love, how to respect, how to be responsible, how to share, how to teach, how to be polite.. These are the things that 'create' who you are..the learning phase in everyone.. but, it's up to us whether to accept what are being thought to us.. Simple.

To love and to be loved. It's easy to give, but not easy to get. or does it goes vice-versa? What is love? Why do we love? We don't give any reason why we loved someone. We just "Love" each other. Accept the person as who he is. Listen to what is right, correct what is wrong. Appreciate.

But, do we actually appreciate the people around us? Friends, family, colleague.. We love our other half. We love our friends. We love our family. We show it differently. We care about them, that's all matters. Don't expect the unexpected. Every person has different ways of appreciating us. Just believe in everything you do. Believe.

Are you happy with your butt? Most of us aren't. They're too small, too big, too saggy, too flabby...this list goes on. The right cardio exercise and weight training activities (like squats and deadlifts) can make a difference in your backside and help you get those buns of steel. Find out the best cardio and strength training exercises for strengthening and firming up your rear.

1) Squats
Squats are one of the best exercises you can do for your hips, butt and thighs. There are many different types of squats, including the Chair Squat pictured here. Stand with feet hip-width apart and squat, keeping back straight, abs in and knees behind your toes. Let your butt lightly touch chair and squeeze butt to stand up. Repeat for 2-3 sets of 8-12 reps and add weights for more intensity.

2) Lunge
This lunge will really challenge you since you will use the standing leg for balance. Stand with left foot resting on a paper plate. Bend the right leg while sliding the left foot back into a lunge position, keeping the right knee behind the toe, torso upright and abs in. Slowly slide left foot back to starting position and repeat 8-12 times. Switch legs and repeat on each leg for 2-3 sets.

3) Hip Extension
Feel the burn in your hamstrings and glutes with this exercise. On a step or platform, lie facedown with hips on the edge of the step, legs straight with toes resting lightly on the floor. Squeeze the glutes and hamstrings and straighten the legs until they are level with the hips. Hold for 2-3 seconds, and lower letting toes lightly touch the floor. Repeat for 2-3 sets of 8-12 repetitions

4) Outer Thigh Leg Lift
Note--there is no true 'outer thigh.' When you work your outer thigh, you're actually working your butt! This exercise can be done standing or lying on your side. While standing, simply lift the leg out to the side, a few feet off the floor. Keep hip, knee and foot in line and foot flexed. Repeat 8-12 times on each leg. For more intensity, add a 1-5 pound ankle weight

5) Deadlift
Deadlifts are great for your hamstrings, butt and lower back, but form is critical! Stand with feet hip-width apart, weight in front of thighs. Keeping back flat and abs in, tip forward from the hips and lower your torso until bar hits mid-shin. Squeeze butt to raise back up. Keep the bar close to your legs through the entire movement--don't bend the knees! Do 2-3 sets of 8-12 reps.

6) Hiking
Hiking burns tons of calories because you're typically going up steep mountains and maybe even getting into thin air, which requires lots of energy. Also, walking up an incline automatically gets your glutes more involved and, if you're wearing a backpack, you're really getting a workout. Plus, you get to see nature at its best. A 140-lb person burns about 390 calories in about an hour!

7) Biking

Riding a bike is great for your heart and it also targets almost every muscle in your hips, thighs and butt. On a stationary bike, alternate 3 minutes at 70-80 RPM with 2 minutes at 100-110 RPM for a calorie-blasting 30 minute workout. You can also try Spinning at the gym or riding outside. Gear up to really work your glutes! A 140-lb person burns 335 calories in 45 minutes.

8) Running
Running, like walking is accessible, easy to learn, reduces stress, helps in weight loss, and it makes you feel good. Plus, it really works your butt, especially when you add a few hills to your regular running route. Sprints are another option for folks wanting to both burn more calories and tighten up the old tush. A 140-lb person burns 475 calories during a 45 minute jog.

9) Kickboxing
Kickboxing was a hot item back in the day, but it's still a great workout. Controlled kicks work your hips, thighs and butt while complex combinations that include punches will target your abs to make them stronger. A 140-lb woman will burn up to 500 calories with 45 minutes of kickboxing.

10) Walking
Walking is easy: you can do it anywhere, anytime with no special equipment. There's no learning curve and it's something you can incorporate all day long. If you walk up hills, you can really target your glutes and, if you pick up the intensity, you'll burn some of that extra flab off your buns! A 140-lb person burns about 300 calories an hour during a brisk walk.

I recently found a new place to hangout in SS15, Subang Jaya.. It is called Pan Bakery, altho they did not sell any bakeries! Aight..after several of long hours lepak session there, i found out that the ol' cashier nyonya is very RUDE! She spoilt everything! *urrghhh* imagine, they have big screen (gud enuff for World Cup fan), variety of food.., good location..,and not forgetting.. that old nyonya cashier.. She actually scream at customers you know!!
Some of my friends encounter the same situation also.. the waiter/waitresses who served us are nice & polite.. most of us enjoy our lil time hanging out there..BUT.. not until the time that we wanna pay.. the CRANKY OLD nyonya cashier is always there to spoil the day..
At her age, she should stay home at go to bed at 9pm.. ni tak.. dah 3am pun still there..takyah lah nak tunjuk macho sangat.. kepala dah pening, dah penat.. balik tidur layan cucu je laaaaa.. toksah lah menyusahkan hidup orang lain... *urrghh* I'm not going there anymore! PERIOD.

I've been neglecting my page for a VERY long time.. dun really have the passion to write, ah, well, I just dun feel like it.. So many occasions has took place in the last few weeks.. My mum's birthday, and Lied's birthday was yesterday, 17th April.. *Happy Birthday!*

Attended so many weddings, almost all of my Arau's friend got married this year, some just gave birth and some are still planning their wedding, some are just bumming around.. dat's ME!

Urghh.. come to think of it, its depressing - the need to work is killing me.. There's plenty of job, YES I cannot deny, but most of the job offers are of Customer Service and Sales.. and I'm not the kind of person who can stand the arrogant of the rich people. I've just read Afdlin Shauki's blog on toilet cleaning issues (brought up by one of the airline regarding of the storyline of one his movie), *urrghh* some people just got issues to deal with themselves..

How I missed my major in Uni - Broadcasting.. If i could get a chance to work with really good directors/producers, I would say I'd choose Yasmin Ahmad and Afdlin Shauki.. They're just simply amazing.. They have a very unique way of bringing out the true life of Malaysians and also situations which took place in a life of a person, which we never thought could really make a big hit at the movies - and win awards too! But, yeah.. despite the hard work and the truth that has been brought out thru the movies usually will bring the directors/producers issues that they never thought they will hav to go through. Pity our local scenes.. But, luckily they're tough strong independent people who kept on working and producing what they think is best for the people.

Enough bout the movies.. I need a job.. boo hoo... same old, same old.. call me choosy call me picky.. If the people at the workplace is killing you, I'm sure you'll leave too.. whatever it is.. I don't really care now..

For crying out loud.. help me to find a job!

Standard 6 Reunion~!!

14 years.. took us that long to finally keep in touch.. Wonders of technology. You can find anybody,anywhere in the world. We found each other in friendster.. hehehe.. Some of us used to be in the same class from Standard One up to Standard Six! 6 Years!! *woww*

After a few attempts of gathering people of 6 Melati and changing our gathering venue, Ming-Yan our event organizer manage to gather Me, Ellisha, Sze Reen, Shah Faezal, Chee Hoe, Fariz Ezani, Wai Sern, Ah Nei and Lee Deon. Of course, as expected, some couldn't make it at the very last minute, but the reunion was full of laughter - reminiscing down the memory lane..

Last night, after never-ending effort, I managed to finish up reading Fools Die, by Mario Puzo.. It is an accomplishment for me, and also an opportunity for me to start reading The Fortunate Pilgrim :) Hence, I got lots of work to do and a book to read... and my nephew Adrian and his mommy and daddy is going away for a holiday! - much more freedom to do work anytime, anywhere! but, of course, I'm gonna miss him loads! He was away last weekend, came back late last nite and going away again till Wednesday... *boo hooo* Gotta get it started, sumwhere,sumhow!..

Jeffrey Archer and Mario Puzo

Nas borrowed me his books to read.. First book was by Jeffery Archer(omnibus) -Not a Penny More Not a Penny Less & Shall We Tell the President.... Read it at every chance that I can get my hands on it.. and its really hard to stop! The storyline is good, and I just couldn't stop shaking my legs, nervous & impatient on knowing what's gonna happen next..

And now, I'm reading Fools Die by Mario Puzo.. I'm already reading three-quarter of the book, and I got another one by Mario Puzo waiting.. hehehehe.. Actually, before I started reading Fools Die, I was reading Man and Wife by Tony Parsons - some book I found in the cupboard in my sis's room.. It's a funny and good for light reading...but nothing adventourous..So, I stopped reading it and turn to Mario Puzo.. There were other books, dozens of 'em..but I can only read Danielle Steel and Sandra Brown.. Tried to read Nora Roberts books, but I just couldn't finish reading..not even one single book! hehehe..

Every time that I got the chance to read Fools Die, is usually before bedtime and in the evenings after I'm done with my research for the day.. not gonna do any work today, my body's aching..one of the symptoms of thyroid - must be.. And, my elder sis is in the kitchen..cooking lunch, so, I got all the time in the world to finish up the book today.. Hope I get to start reading The Fortunate Pilgrim-Mario Puzo by end of the day.. (;

Ohh..and I went to watch King Kong last night before it stops showing at the movies..hehehe..

Gotta go to the clinic for my monthly check up next week.. *bahhh* more meds to take.. );

How time flies.. it has been 14 years after primary school that I last meet my ol' classmates.. Somehow, one of my ol' friend, Ming Yan invite some of us for mamak (Pelita SS15).. but, only me, Ellisha and MingYan herself came..

'twas really surprising to actually 'lepak' with them. They look the same, but much more mature, and they act like they're 26, which I don't! hehehe With my bunch of high school friends, we're still behaving and feeling that we're still in the early 20s..but, its different with the primary school friends..perhaps maybe because we hadn't keep it touch for sooo long, and lost the touch after awhile..

We were sharing 'hot' latest gossips bout our other friends, reminiscing our primary years.. Almost everyone's name popped out.. and 5 'wh' questions is a must..

After a short trip down to memory lane, I had to make my move.. I was glad that I get to meet them after sooo many years..and hope I get to meet others too!

Gotta get back to work.. back to the present..

I was in KL yesterday, went to collect informative brochures (but there aren't any!! - poor all the tourists!) Anyways.. as I was driving back home, I came across a blue Mercedes..with a very familiar plate number..NAK10 hehehe.. and another incident is about the toll gate boy..a good looking guy! Recalling my fisrt incident when I was paying my toll, I was attracted to his name, Muhammad Vira..I was amazed by his name at first, when I get a glance to see his face, I was amazed for the 2nd time! hehehehe.. A good looking toll gate guy! He should be the Malaysian actor, his star will shine very bright and he could be very rich too!! hehehehe..enuff about my coincidence..I need to continue with my work.. Got lots of research to do!! *uwaaa!*

Girls-Day-Out

Wow.. It's been soo long since I went out with Anum, just the two of us. Forgot how fun it is to hang out with her. (;

We went to Sg Wang, coz she wanted to get this new-funky-top (extra mini cardigan) hehehe. The first shop we went, she found what she wanted to buy, but we decided to take a tour to other shops there. We went up and down few times before she finally decided to get the one she found at the first shop we went in! *wahhhh* we were sooo tired and dat's why we gave up..

After tired of walking and searching (Oh! we ate a cup of yummy ice cream during our shopping adventure! hehehehe) we went to Teppanyaki.. Thanks Anum for dinner! 'twas a delicious one!

Next stop, we went to get my stuff n hers at a stall in front of the KFC..after placing our order, the guy asked us to come back later in an hour time.. *urggh!* dat long?? if the previous auntie was there, kejap jeee! but, we waited.. So, our trip continues to the nearby Secret Recipe.. After lepak2 and chit chatting, we went to collect our stuff..and head back home..

Oh boy.. 'twas a tiring trip..both of us couldn't walk properly, our feet hurts like crazy.. hehehe.. the after-effect of walking too much and the lack of knowledge of the confusing path in Sg Wang.. hehehe

All in all, I had fun and painful feet! hehehehe.. would do it again,tho.. (;

Tomorrow is Raya Haji.. Hope that Anum will find her lemang for tomorrow~!

Seriously, I've been worrying for nothing..

The casting session, wasn't really a casting after all..was more like an interview.. (; but I didn't try out for the clubbing-scene-casting coz I was told that they want me to dance to make the holographic images..ermmm or sumthing..I can't remember what he told me.. hehehe wasn't really interested in demonstrating sum dance move infront of some strangers...According to him, if I'm selected, I'll have a REALLY good portfolio for future references..only if i know how to dance lah~! I dun think I know any interesting cum sexy cum freestyle moves..but I'm really interested in becoming one of the ushers for the Sabah event.. work + holiday + jalan-jalan!! who wouldn't say yes? being paid to go for a holiday hehehe (;

My boss wanted to see me yesterday during office hours, but he called in to cancel it..I was somehow glad that he couldn't make it, 'coz for our first meeting I wanna at least show him my first draft of my research, which I haven't finish re-arranging it.. *theee hehehe* Gotta do it soon! He rescheduled our meeting for tomorrow,Saturday.

But, first, today, I've got myself an appointment with an agency.. at first, I thought it's an interview.. but, the lady in-charge sent me a message last night, informing me that it's a casting session! *baahhh* I'm doomed! I don't really have pretty smart sassy clothes to wear later.. I'm currently online on my YM, asking my sis what to wear, and also waiting for Lied to reply.. *helpp*

Pastu everytime i've put on weight, there'll always people calling me to offer me jobs.. tsk tsk.. when I'm fit and confident, I'm stuck at home doing nothing.. hehehehe

I went for the interview, was nervous in the morning, but, the interview turn out to be just fine.. Arrived in KL around 10am, searched for the office and then went for breakfast.. I was lucky Nas came along.. His presence calms me down *wink*

While I was chatting with Iza on Yahoo! Messenger, she told me 'bout the job description (the one that I went to this morning) , we gotta go around town to sell credit cards!! *urrghhh* I'm not gonna do that!

I'm lucky that Iza told me earlier but I'm kinda dissappointed 'coz I've went for the interview already! (it's kinda costly!) ;(

Trip to the Zoo..

As I mentioned in my previous post (What's more important?) me and Nas went almost everywhere in 3 days! here's my third day entry.. :) hehehe

Me and Nas went for breakfast yesterday morning (1st December,2006) somewhere near his office. On our way to the mamak, there's this 'loji', and there were Flamingoes/Stork there! A very rare sight for people staying in Subang!! ehehehe.. (Nas's office is very near to the National Zoo!)

So, then comes the craziee thought from me.. "Jom gi Zoo, nak??" hehehe Nas said 'ok' of course.. but he's still kinda tired and sleepy..shiann Nas.. but he insist on going (;

After breakfast, we make our move to the Zoo.. *yeay yeay* I was sooo happy coz i've been asking him to go to the zoo for months now.. hehehe..

The trip brings me down the memory lane.. to my childhood times. I remember going to the Zoo with my family, something that we don't do together anymore.. me wearing the same design of clothes with my sisters (easier for my mum to shop, so that we don't envy each other!! hahaha) and the trip on the coaster (the mini chu-chu train) hehehe

We walked around the zoo from 10am till 3pm! whoaa... we were exhausted! wanted to take the train, but, it's a public holiday, so many people took the train to move about in the zoo.. so, we took our strength to the test by walking the distance! twas ok, 'coz we really really took our time enjoying ourselves and appreciating the beautiful scenery..And, we had our lunch at Marrybrown!! Tak best nyaaaaaaa... not advisable place to eat, people!!

Before we left, it rained..heavily! had to lepak2 in the car,b'coz I was tired and I hete to be stuck in the queue to exit the zoo..

Then we went for makan2.. *yess* again!! hehehehe but this time, gud food! Nas had his Ice Kacang and I had Nasi goreng ayam!! *wink*

We head home after makan,and guess what? It rained again.. lepak at McD for more than an hour, then sent Nas home.. and on my way back home, it rained for the third time!! Heavier this time, but, I push myself to drive home..

this trip brings out the child in me..had loads of fun..Thanks Nas.. (;

Happy New Year everyone..

Last weekend was so much fun~! Especially being around people who is important to you.. My day actually begin last Friday night with Nas.. We've been almost everywhere in 3 days.. hehehe.. wanna know more? Here goes nothing..

Friday Night (30th December,2005)

'twas a rainy Friday.. Decided to lepak2 with Nas, before it starts raining heavily.. Had to wait a couple of hours before I can make my move.. Before leaving home, my kakak asked me to drop her at her mother-in-law's place in Cheras.. So, my route was detoured to Cheras.. On my way there, the traffic was moving quite slow..but I don't mind, as long as I have company. But, as we get in Cheras area, *phew* it's kinda crazy! It was pasar malam night, and the traffic is terrible near the housing area.. Ramai gila orang..macam nak gi Fun Fair! drop off my sis at the pasar malam area je..had to 'coz I don't think I can cross the heavy traffic to the housing area..Then I followed the bus route to Ampang.. not too many cars there.. (;

Then, we lepak2 - had dinner and chatted for awhile before we decide to go visit my friend tomorrow who'd just gave birth in Damansara Damai Medical Center. I was tired of driving too, it's a swell idea to go back home too..

Saturday Morning (31st December,2005)

Nas reached Kelana Jaya around 9.40am, then we headed straight to Damansara Damai. We seriously have no idea where is it.. According to the simple direction i got from Zue, and after a few times 'sesat' we reach the Medical Center around 10 sumthing.. Lepak there for about an hour, and make our move to Subang before noon.. It's a working Saturday, and I'm pretty sure the traffic will go crazy later (it's a working Saturday + New Year's Eve).

In Subang, we went everywhere, coz Nas wanna take sum cash from the ATM, but there were no parking space, and to move around is simply tiring! And when we manage to found one, the ATM is out of cash or it may have gone crazy because of the traffic of everyone using the ATM that day.. From SS15, we went to Carrefour then to Subang Parade, then back to Carrefour..and we finally gave up! No need to lepak2 until New Year lah - that'll save alot of money.. (;

While having lunch in Carrefour, we bumped into my sis's family.. so they lepak2 with us.. then, on our way to SS15, Anum called, she wanna join us..I was surprised that she didn't follow our friends to PD! (everyone went to PD for the weekend to celebrate Leen's Birthday and New Year) & on my way to send Nas home, we picked Anum at my house, and Nas decided to not to go home hehehe *yeaayy*

We went to Starbucks in SS15, and funny enough, we hang around there for hours! First of all, because it rained, then because we kept on getting free food sampling and drinks! hahaha.. Malu gak lah.. but, what the heck.. ;p While enjoying ourselves eating and waiting for the rain to stop, we decided to continue our lepaking sessions to Showru in Kelana Jaya, and Anum asked her friend Bad to join us.. (;

After we had our delightful dinner, we all decided to play pool ehehehe..and also Foosball! Best giler..we sure did have the most amusing night ever.. We got ourselves Party Packs too,but we didn't stay on for the New Year's countdown..

Instead, we went to Pelita in SS15.. we were all soooo thirsty... because of all the laughs and screams while playing Foosball.. (urm,it's just me and Anum actually, the guys are the calmer box that night!) We didn't go to Sunway to watch the fireworks, don't feel like going through all the traffic just for the 'moment', but it's Anum's luck that night (she was eager to watch the blazing fireworks) , Gazebo light up their 'expensive' fireworks! Guess what people?? We can sit, relax and enjoy our drinks and watch the 'blast'! hehehehe

After that, we went back home..with joyful smiles on our face.. (;

'twas a very memorable and the most amusive night ever! The people around you is much more important than being somewhere 'happening' but you're missing someone important..

After so long, today I woke up very early...7am!! hehehe not surprising to some people, but it is kinda weird for me to be waking up early.. anyways, had to send my sis Amim to Uitm - the main reason i was up soo early! ehhehehe

Came back home, and had breakfast, took my 'early' shower and went to the clinic with my mum. Then, there come the bad news.. According to my blood test result, I do have hyperthyroidism..It's genetic, and my mum has it, so does my uncle, my auntie..and others in the family tree, I guess..

But, my thyroid level is not very high, but the doc says that I have to follow the medication for thyroid.. before it gets worse. So, from today onwards, I'm gonna be taking 3 pills twice a day.. (3pills x 2 = 6pills!!) *Oohhh* but, if I'm gonna get well, I gotta follow the regime..

What a week..

Dear Diary..

How to describe my week? urm.. It's complicated, I can say.. Had difficulty to breath for more than a week, was afraid to go for a check up, but, by not knowing what's going on with me, makes me more nervous, uneasy, anxious to know, which make my heart beat faster and faster..makes me feel worse..

Went to the clinic with Nas (finally!) last Friday. Long story short, the doc took my blood sample-he said maybe it's thyroid, and I haven't been to a regular check up for it, as I should.. Gotta wait for the result this Tuesday.. *brrrr* nervous, but not as scared as I was earlier. The doc ruled out the possibility of any heart problems. I was glad..

The very same night, on the way to Carrefour Subang, at the roundabout, this Waja bang my car from behind!! *adusssh!* Tension nyaaa... Luckily 'twas only a few scratches at my bumper.. So, being a good Samaritan, I let the awfully-feeling-guilty-Chinese-guy go.. not realising that my bumper has fallen off! well, just a 'lil actually, but, enough to make my right tyre 'roar'... Had to turn back home, I don't dare to drive my car in that condition.. After I told my dad what happened, he came out to my car, and just 'lift' up the bumper with his own bare hands~! I heard a crack, I thought, *daayyym..* there goes my bumper! but, instead, it's as good as new! hehehhehe.. 'Magic', says Nas...

Saturday..promised Lied to meet up with her colleague to talk about the job he's offering. Went to Bangsar after lunch around 2.30pm.. Was quite surprised how Bangsar has developed...It has been awhile since I last lepak in Bangsar..hate the traffic, nothing can ever beat the craziee traffic congestion in Bangsar-small city + too many people + too many cars = headache~! Anyways, we went to Devi's Corner, had our discussion, then, Nas came around 4pm, then, we went to Bangsar Village - jalan-jalan, & take a walk around Bangsar hehehe 'coz Lied wanna shop shop shop! (; When she's done with her shopping spree, it rained..So, had our lepak-at-mamak-session again..

We make our move around 7pm 'coz Lied has to be home by 8pm..Still drizzling, and too many cars on the all-time-famous Federal Highway..

And then.. me and Nas went to SS15, to find a place to lepak.. and surprisingly, there's a Starbucks next to the McD near the college.. no more Chinese restaurant there.. hehehehe.. at first, we wanted to have a hot cup of delicious Starbucks coffee, but belum bukak lagi laaaa... *aiyooohh..!* melepasss... so, McD je lahh.. hehehehe

That's all that I can share with you my diary..(*urrghh* sooo...old-skewl girlishhh!! hehehehe) too sleepy to tell you how my day ends.. but one thing for sure, I enjoyed my 'lepak' sessions today.. not forgetting, the nice cold windy weather..

Oh..it's Christmas eve.. too many crazy people on the road today, driving as if other road users don't exist.. I guess, they must have left their brains at home!! tamau celebrate Christmas keee? Otak udang dia.. hehehehe

Adios My Youngest Sister.. boo hooo

After few months of waiting, finally, Aah got an offer from Uitm (Dungun) and also from Politeknik (Melaka). Regardless of the distance, my sister chose to go to Uitm in Dungun (my mum's suggestion) . The registration date was on the 18th of December,2005. I didn't follow my parents and my twin bro & sis to Dungun, got a wedding to attend on the same day. They left for Terengganu on Saturday morning..

From what my mum told me, the campus is quite new, compared to Arau *urghh* and also Shah Alam. And the view, *phewww* breathtaking!! From the front gate of the campus, there's a nice view of the ocean, and behind the campus, mountains!! Aah, you're sooo lucky... (;

Besides the view, one more attraction is the food stalls along the road outside campus.. *yummmy* delicious and not forgetting, cheap foods too! What not to like about the campus? Nothing came across my mind..except for the distance lah.. hehehe..

I wouldn't go if I were choosen.. Was in Arau for a year, before I decided to come back home.. to mum & dad's - mengada ngada! hehehe..

Saturday

Received a phone call last Saturday (afternoon) from my cousin's (Syiera) boyfriend(Fendi).. He's planning to have a Bbq party, he called to ask how to make salad, the ingredients needed to marinate, etc, etc, etc.. So, I asked, you wanna ask me to teach you thru the phone, or you want me to come over and help? hehehe.. it's as simple as that. Then, there come the magic word..

"kalau boleh...mai lah tolong prepare.."

I agreed, but then, he said, I'll be the only 'helper' they have, so I've called upon Nas to help me out.. After a few hours and many phone calls, me & Nas arrived at his house in PJ (a bungalow..I'm impressed.. NICE! ) around 4pm..& guess what?? Nothing hav been done yet! Ah,well..as expected lah.. but, at least they've wash the chicken..

It's 4 hours before the bbq party.. & nothing is prepared! Aduhh.. me & Nas quickly get to work..I started chopping,slicing and blending ingredients needed in the kitchen and for my buttered rice, while Nas, he marinated the chicken, lamb,prawns, make the salad dressing, sauce..and, almost everything.. Even one of Syiera's friend thought he's a chef! hehehe.. wahh.. you're that good ah Nas? *wink* A graphic designer cum 'naked' chef *wowiee* hehehe

There were a few unfortunate events on that very day.. Not enough cutleries, the 'uncook' rice hehehehe by the madam of the house herself, late arrival by those people who went shopping for the stuff that we needed in the kitchen! (how to prepare if shopping lama2 sangat?), not enough serving bowls (understandable lah as Fendi had just moved in the house). After being tired of standing for almost 4 hours.. all the food is served, and grilled.. 'twas fun playing cook with Nas in the kitchen.. (;

What was on the menu? hehehe.. Super delicious food..of course!

- Grilled chicken + lamb + prawns (marinated by Nas)
- Buttered Rice (my specialty!)
- Salad (2 different dressing)
- Laksa (by Fendi)
- Fruits...

After eating, me & Nas quickly make our move.. Hafto leave early.. Tired and we don't know anybody there (we're just the cook.remember? Remembered our chat, that people really thought we can cook,but what they don't know is, all we did was experimenting by mixing all the ingredients huu huu huu!) and malas nak mingle around..Around 10pm, we left the party...

Kinda 'lost my mind' . I was anxious, nervous, daunted, miserable, frightened over something that I don't even know/understand! *Bah!* tak bess nyaaa..... stayed home during the day, didn't even go to Ejai's sister's wedding..around 8pm, went out lepaking with Oya Anum Leen & Faiz at Pelita SS15.. balik rumah, couldn't sleep..watched Frankenstein from 11pm till 2am! then watched 3 Ninjas till 4am..then..went to bed...
